Private AI systems

Your own AI, running on hardware you own.

We design and set up private AI systems for homes and businesses: a dedicated AI server, language models that run on-site, and custom agents that take repetitive work off your plate. Useful AI, without handing your data to a third party.

Overview

What a private AI system is.

Most people use AI through a website or app, which means every question, document and file is sent to someone else's servers. A private AI system runs the models on a computer at your home or office instead. You get a capable assistant for writing, research, summarizing and answering questions, and your information never has to leave the building.

On top of that assistant we build agents: AI that can use tools. An agent can read your inbox and draft replies, turn job notes into a formatted quote, search your files to answer a question, or run a routine every morning. You decide what each agent can touch, and anything that sends, spends or deletes waits for your approval.

Capabilities

What we set up.

AI-01

Private AI server

A purpose-built machine with a GPU sized to the models you need, installed in your office, equipment room or rack and connected to your network.

AI-02

Private assistant

A chat assistant for your household or team, available on computers and phones, with no per-user subscription.

AI-03

Ask your own documents

Load contracts, manuals, SOPs or notes and ask questions in plain English. Answers come from your files, with the source shown.

AI-04

Custom AI agents

Agents built around your real tasks: inbox triage, quoting, report writing, research, scheduling and follow-ups.

AI-05

Voice for the home

Talk to your house and your assistant in natural language, tied into lighting, climate, cameras and locks.

AI-06

Hybrid option

Where a task needs more power than a local model offers, we can route only that task to a cloud model, with your approval.

Applications

What people use it for.

FOR WORK
  • Turn job notes or voice memos into quotes and proposals
  • Summarize long documents, meetings and email threads
  • Draft replies and follow-ups in your voice for you to approve
  • An internal knowledge base your staff can question
  • Intake forms that get sorted and routed automatically
AT HOME AND FOR HOBBIES
  • A family assistant that knows your home and calendar
  • Coding help for side projects and home lab work
  • Organizing photos, media and personal files
  • Research and planning for trips, projects and purchases
  • Controlling the smart home by conversation
Process

How every project runs.

PHASE 01

Site assessment

We evaluate the property, existing equipment and how the space is used.

PHASE 02

System design

Device layout, network plan and equipment, with a fixed, itemized proposal.

PHASE 03

Installation

Clean, concealed installation with labeled cabling and an organized rack.

PHASE 04

Commissioning

Testing, training for everyone who uses it, and as-built documentation.

FAQ

Common questions.

What hardware does a private AI system need?

A dedicated computer with a capable graphics card (GPU), plus fast storage and a solid network connection. We size the hardware to the models and number of users you need, so you are not paying for more than the job requires.

How does it compare to ChatGPT or other cloud AI?

Models that run locally are very good at writing, summarizing, searching your documents and everyday questions, but the largest cloud models are still stronger for the hardest tasks. That is why we offer a hybrid setup: local by default, cloud only for the jobs you approve.

Is my data private?

Yes, with an on-site system. The models run on hardware you own, and your files, messages and conversations stay on your network unless you choose to use the cloud option.

Can AI agents take actions on their own?

Only the actions you allow. We configure each agent's permissions, and anything that sends a message, spends money or deletes data waits for a person to approve it.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. A private AI server can serve multiple users in an office, with separate access for different people or departments.

Have an idea? We'll engineer it.

If you can picture it, we can design it. Bring us the technology you've always wanted in your home or business, even if you're not sure it exists yet. We'll work out the hardware, the integration and the automation, and make it real.
