Overview

Automation that earns its place.

Smart home products are easy to buy and hard to live with: a separate app for every device, routines that break, and a system only one person in the house understands. We design automation the other way around, starting from how you use each space and building a system that behaves predictably.

AI makes the difference in the details. Cameras that recognize a car in the driveway can open the gate and turn on the entry lights. The house can learn when you usually arrive and have it comfortable before you walk in. And anyone in the family can ask for what they want in plain language instead of hunting through apps.

Applications

Everyday examples.

AT HOME
  • Arriving: gate opens, lights on, climate set, music starts
  • Goodnight: doors lock, lights off, cameras armed
  • Away: lights vary, cameras alert, thermostat saves energy
  • Movie mode: lights dim, shades close, projector and audio on
  • Leak or freeze sensors that shut off water and alert you
AT THE OFFICE
  • Lights and climate on before the first person arrives
  • After-hours lockdown with alerts on any door activity
  • Conference rooms that set themselves up for meetings
  • Server closet and equipment temperature alerts
  • Energy use tracked and reduced automatically
Process

How every project runs.

Site assessment

We evaluate the property, existing equipment and how the space is used.

PHASE 02

System design

Device layout, network plan and equipment, with a fixed, itemized proposal.

PHASE 03

Installation

Clean, concealed installation with labeled cabling and an organized rack.

PHASE 04

Commissioning

Testing, training for everyone who uses it, and as-built documentation.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which smart home platform do you use?

We choose the platform for each property based on its size, the devices you want and how you like to control things. We favor systems that keep working locally when the internet is down.

Can you use the smart devices I already have?

Often, yes. During the assessment we identify which devices are worth keeping, which can be integrated and which are holding the system back.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Core functions like lighting, locks and climate keep working on the local network. Remote access and cloud features return when the connection does.

Will the whole family be able to use it?

That is the point of the design. Everyday control is simple, through voice, a few clear buttons or an app, and we walk everyone through it at handover.
